Scenario: Printer priority The people from the HR office are having trouble with getting the pay checks to give out to people at work with you. They say the account rec keep mixing there stuff with the HR office and the HR office wants there stuff as soon as they print. -clint
Scenario: Permissions
The art department is mad. They keep getting other peoples stuff on there printer and it holding up prodution. They need the next project due in 2 days and the printer is being held up by other print jobs that do not need to be going to there printer and it is wasting paper.-clint

The Production and Sales departments print to the same printer, however, since business has picked up, both departments have had long queue times when printing documents. It's your job to come up with a solution to the delays that both departments face when printing. -zack
